By engaging Metall or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Acceptance of terms
By using Metall's website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
Use of our services
You agree to engage Metall only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any scope of work we agree together. You must not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
Projects & deliverables
The specific scope, timeline, and pricing of any engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement. Those terms take precedence over this page where they conflict.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom work delivered to a client transfers on full payment. Metall retains rights to its own products, tools, and pre-existing materials.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement in line with the terms of the applicable agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
